Tubular Heaters
Tubular Heaters
Tubular heating elements consist of a resistant nickel chromium wire type 80/20 inserted into a protective metal tube (outer sheath) filled with high purity electro-melt Magnesium oxide (MgO). Compacted by a rolling/swaging process to ensure excellent heat transfer, these custom-made heaters support lengths up to 10,500 mm with versatile diameter options for heavy-duty industrial applications operating up to 1800°F.
